Nella tradizione dello Yoga
la pratica è l'affidarsi, applicare e rendere consistenti nel quotidiano
tecniche e saggezza che da millenni mostrano la capacità di trasformare
 ciò che nel corpo e nella mente ostacola la connessione con noi stessi, 
 con la nostra libertà, la gioia che siamo, la nostra più autentica natura - il nostro Essere!

In un percorso di due mesi, esploriamo un tema attraverso una Sadhana - pratica dedicata
approfondendolo sul materassino, portandolo nella vita.
Ci prendiamo cura del corpo, del prana, della mente. Nutriamo l'"essere", creiamo spazio per l'anima.

Insieme sosteniamo la pratica personale 
creando uno spazio autentico e trasformativo in cui ritrovare connessione, presenza ed armonia.

Onoriamo il corpo. Esploriamo il respiro. Andiamo oltre la mente.
Ci immergiamo in noi stessi ed espandiamo l'infinito che siamo!
Ne facciamo esperienza - per vivere più pienamente ogni istante e la vita.

FINDING BALANCE AND HARMONY THROUGH THE GUNAS, THE 3 QUALITIES OF ENERGY
(CLASSES IN IN ENGLISH)

The whole spiritual discipline of Yoga can be said to be about harmonising and balancing 
the three gunas - tamasa, rajas and satva - the three basic characteristics or qualities of nature 
that are present in all things, including our body and mind.

Referring to the body, heart and mind, through our practices, 
we aim to vibrant harmony  by transforming tamas  (getting rid of all the "junk" as we can), 
balancing rajas (cultivating a balanced way of moving and acting) and 
developing sattva (lightness, peace, joy and self-awareness).

The main goal of Yoga is that of aiming for a more sattvic life,  - 
with a positive and balanced presence of rajas and sattva, wiht a higher frequency of purity and liveliness -
 in the body and actions, in our thinking and feelings, in our heart and intentions.

Once we understand how the gunas work, 
we will be able to better understand and navigate our inner world
and to work with what life is bringing us moment by moment.

Let's deepen the experience of ASANA and PRANAYAMA 
as a way to balance and harmonise the three gunas by "detoxing" our physical and subtle body.

Let's explore the MEDITATION as a way to move beyond mind and emotions, 
accessing the sattvic space of our higher self and integrating that frequency and qualities into daily life. 

Let's learn about food, movement, practical wisdom and awareness of our thoughts, actions and inputs
 related to the balance of the three gunas.
Cultivating the ability to identify and understand the nature of the gunas, 
not only we can find balance and insight, 
also we get closer to seeing the universal truth of Oneness.

Yoga to me has always been the way to "feel good" - in the body, in the mind.
In the connection with nature and others.  With Life and my meaning. In loving and joyful connection with the Soul. The way to evolve towards an ever new awareness and experience of who I am.

Through body and breath, through meditation, yoga has cured me, awakened me,
 accompanied me to know myself better, to live in a healthier, 
more inclusive and  aligned way with a more intimate joyful "feeling".

. 1 weekly practice every Thursday evening (19.00-20.30 CEST) Yoga Flow (asana, pranayama and meditative practices) - A total of 6 classes to experience the theme of the month. 
Video recording available until July 30, 2023.

. 1 weekly Practical Wisdom and Meditation session every Monday (19.00-19.30 CEST) - A total of 6 sessions to cultivate a more equanimous, joyful and meditative mind in everyday life.
Recordings available until July 30, 2023 as an audio track to practice whenever you want.
