SOLSTICE MEDITATION: IN TUNE WITH NATURE, WE CELEBRATE BY RESTING IN OURSELVES.
The nature of the winter solstice is one of silence, rest, reconnection.
It represents the beginning of the cold season and nature is resting.
Solstice means "still sun": the sun appears to be stationary, then it resumes sharing more hours of light and heat.
Celebrating the solstice is a way to reconnect with nature.
Recreate YOGA - union - with natural rhythms and cycles.
Inviting them and finding them in everyday life, as a guide to harmony for our vital energy, body and mind.
As nature goes to sleep, it is therefore time to rest. To radiate from our inner Being. Our inner Sun.
It's time to take care of the whole of body and mind, to rest in our "being" - like a seed preparing to sprout.
From there we change direction, we move towards possibilities, light, openness, connection.
Rediscovering who we are and integrating it into our worldly life.
